“Excellent value for money and very convenient.”
Really good value for money. Very clean, good facilities including somewhere to eat in the evening and/or morning and very helpful members of staff. We received a parking fine, as I accidentally entered the wrong registration number. However, the hotel sorted it out for us immediately.

“Very clean hotel with top staff”
We have stayed here for 2 weeks with one of our projects, we were very pleased with Vas especially. He was very responsive and solved all our requests. We kindly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back here if needed. 10/10 stay and staff

This was our 4th stay at Bristol and another lovely stay. Our welcome on arrival from Vas the manager was so warm and friendly nothing was too much trouble he went above and beyond for us . “Great value for money, love the breakfast!”
Initial impressions were not good as we had to wait for someone to check us in, and our request for a quieter room hadn't been actioned - for this we did get an apology. “A night stay before a holiday abroad!”
Stayed here before flying out from Bristol Airport the day after! Nice little hotel, the staff were friendly and bedroom was fine! Car park was hard to find, went around the services station 3 times (which meant around the motorway roundabout) need more signs for the car park! Apart from that every… Más
