“Lovely Hotel and Staff”
I pre-booked and paid for my stay at Le Grand Amman and could not have been more pleased with the choice. “Good experience”
I stayed at the Le Grand hotel in Amman for 13 nights. At check in I faced a surprise and problem with my reservation, which I did through the third party (online reservation). The hotel looks very nice both from outside and inside decorations. I came here in Christmas, the line manager Omar was very enthusiastic and helpful which provide lots of information. Night manager Mr Omar is really kind and helpful. He is very enthusiastic and answer a lot of questions for us. This hotel is really big, clean and nice. “It seemed tired”
I think this hotel is tired and needs a renovation. I had room 464 and found it average, thread bare towels and carpet. The buffet breakfast was very nice.There is a very nice gift shop on the ground floor with a huge range of items for sale.
