“Amazing”
Hotel staff was the best I've ever seen. Incredibly helpful and polite. The main lobby is really something else. It's very glamorous and has a luxury feel. “The dream hotel”
Stay with Maksoud team and have a lifechanging experience. In my boyfriend’s words, it is “impeccable”. Enjoy room 2117 for the weekend, have a drink at Frank Bar, hear the piano carefully. Yours Truly, Jana.

“very friendly staff”
the rooms are always clean very friedly staff will try to do the best to make your visit as comfartable as they can the hotel is very central located near rua paulista ,where you can shop have good retaurants
