“Dissappointed”
Room was lovely, bed was really comfortable and staff were helpful. Went to our room on arrival and the room was hot. “This used to be my favourite hotel... Great rooms but 0 public spaces...”
This was my 5th stay over the last 5 years but sadly, I don't think I will return. I booked here for the hotel, not just the room.
