This hotel is very pleasant for a late getaway in the sun. Beach was beautiful and the gardens are kept very well too they use all the products that are grown so no waste very environmentally friendly. Food was lovely and the bar areas good sizes and good entertainment, suitable for everyone from families, couples and groups , rooms lovely too and where ever you looked very clean friendly staff couldn't do enough for you

Paloma paradise (side) beach,sep.2018,stayed for 1 week.On arrival the reception area is a bit disappointing not as grand as some but your not staying in reception,the area is like a small village of mainly 2 storey buildings there are a few 3 storey,very spacious never really seemed over crowded walking around.The beach and grounds are definitely 5 star,plenty of sun beds never had to search for a bed on the beach or in the grounds of the hotel,the beach is directly in front of the Paloma(will refer to the hotel as paloma,as it isn’t a stand alone building,as previously mentioned there are lots of buildings in spacious grounds)we never bothered with a sun bed before 10am but always managed to get one either in the grounds or on the beach,even looking for one in the afternoon not a problem,the beach is very nice and plenty of room,there are stones when you first enter the sea so you may need the beach shoes which we had.You can also have a good walk along the beach passing other hotels.Now the 4 star part of the review is the food which we found to be good,may get a little busy at times but not to much of an issue,the food is plentiful and was fine for us,a little complaint would be that they cook too much of somethings(crepes/pancakes/chips)and they sit there for quite a while and are cold if they could cook less and monitor when they are getting low then cook some more when required,maybe it’s a staff issue to stay there and monitor?we where all inclusive so the drinks etc you can just help yourselves,as I said not a problem with the food in the main and would eat there again.Now the 3 star of the review is the rooms,yes you get tea making facilities and a tv(2 English news channels in this day and age,not good enough).The room is spacious but old looking,looks clean but on closer inspection the quality of the room is not good,the sofa bed which we just used to sit on was very old and dirty,I put a towel down to sit on it,the bathroom which just had a shower was small but ok,shower was Powerful and you got the shampoo,shower gel,towels provided,wife says hairdryer was just ok.We stayed in a 5 star hotel kos in Greece June 2018,so this room at best is 3 star,it’s probably to do with the decor and the quality of the workmanship,the doors out to the balcony did lock but you could have pushed them open if you wanted,just as well we didn’t have an issue with security by the way the safe is free in the room,we did look to change room so reception gave us the keys to have a look but found they where much the same so we did compare rooms and decided better the devil you know,our room was outside the cleaners cupboard and they did make a bit of noise early in the morning,just chatting mainly just something to bear in mind.English is spoken here but not much and not many English people staying here(which isn’t always a bad thing)maybe that is why Thomas Cook don’t attend here so if you are looking for help from the rep,forget it,they do say you can ring/text e mail etc but if that was good enough then all the other reps that where here most of the time would do the same,would have liked more information about the area,shops,trips etc would have been easier to ask if there was a rep here.If you turn right at the end of the long drive there is a shopping area which is quite nice.A little disappointed when asking for a late check out,got told to ask day before or on the day which we did,we booked our holiday the day before so we thought there is a good chance this room will be ok to keep till later,we spoke to the desk manager he looked on his computer and mentioned it is available and then said someone coming in later?but if we pay we can have the room till we go,we think it was free and this was just and extra charge they get away with(50 euros)not so much the charge but we think the room was vacant anyway,just a trust issue.Dont know if people will agree but I think if we put the price we paid for the holiday maybe others could get better prices?we did book the day before so that may affect the price,2 adults,Manchester airport,1 week all inclusive Thomas Cook(no reps on hotel site)£1200.

Just returned on the 15-09-18 from a 7day holiday at Paloma Paradise Beach, Side. Found this hotel to be a good 4 Star hotel. Hotel was kept very clean and while walking around complex always found somebody cleaning throughout the day and toilets were continually being kept clean and fresh. Food in the main restaurant we found to be of a very good quality and choice throughout the week and we always found something different to try every day. Pool bar very well used by the guests while we were there, swimming pool by this bar seemed to be under used, this may be down to the lack of sun beds in this area. (There is plenty of room around pool to add lots more sun beds?). There are more sun beds on the grass areas and also lots of sun beds down on the beach. There is also a hotel beach bar which also has a snack bar which serves light snacks during certain hour of the day. This hotel also has a fitness gym which we all used which was well stocked with gym equipment, clean towels and bottled water. This hotel has made an effort in its design to make it wheel chair and push chair friendly and has a small area on the beach for wheel chair access. Really this hotel didn’t let use down in any way from what was advertised in the brochure so I would say we had a good holiday for our money and did not find anything really to moan about. The hotel is a little out of the way but we knew this when we booked. We paid 7 Euro’s to get a taxi into Side for the market day and 6 Euro’s to Manavgat market. Side old town is well worth a visit for the shops, bars and historical ruins.

This hotel is beautiful, rooms are small but very clean, the food choice is excellent but a bit monotonous after the 3rd day and good luck finding a table ! staff had no common sense and had to try and grab their attention as they were busy running about changing dirty tables to get a drink or clean knife and fork after the Germans had eaten their umpteen plates of food. The only member of staff that was on the ball with drinks and service in the dining room hit on my pensioner Mom says it all really doesn't it. The grounds are well kept and immaculate so is the private beach there is a lot of shingle when going in and out the sea take some beach shoes to protect your tootsies. The staff at the bars pool/main are only interested in serving German/Russians unless you sit under their nose or shout then don't expect to be served then you will have the joy of sitting at a table and still no service unless you sit right by the bar.Animation team are a joke the evening entertainment is diabolical.The hotel next door music goes on till about 2am tried to speak to the staff nobody could understand us properly,no thomas cook rep for UK there on a German ones which was as rude as her guests.I have been to Turkey umpteen times and I have family that live there never have I has such a terrible experience in such a beutiful country with I class as my second home, there was none of the usual Turkish hospitality except for the people is the Hair salon wow just wow what lovely people we had a pedicure and i had a botox blow dry well worth the money only reason I would ever step foot back in this hotel would be to go to Sulyeman's Salon. if you can ignore to surley guests and ignorant staff (obviously not all) and like walking and wasting your money having to go into town to get away from the hotel this is the hotel for you to book
