I spent a very enjoyable week at this resort last month. The beach is very close to this resort and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and there was a large well stocked grocery about a mile away. The grocery sold lunches and the apartment had a kitchen that was well stocked with utensils and appliances so we could prepare all your meals when we desired. The beach is beautiful and if you wish to travel by the local transport, you just need to walk a short distance to the bus stop. The drivers are very helpful and the fare was very cheap. We did not have electricity one night but it returned the next morning. There was also a problem with the heating system while we were there so this was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, we loved Antigua and all the people we met.

Hi as a timeshare owner at tranquility bay I thought I would post an updated review of the resort As you can see from the title all is not well The current owners have the resort up for sale and tell us there are a couple of interested parties (that is when they can be bothered to tell us anything) So for the meantime the resort remains closed and are not accepting any bookings So if you are looking to travel to Antigua which I would highly recommend as it’s a beautiful island try one of the nearby resorts as the area and the restaurants around the marina are excellent

We have had a timeshare for a number of years and it’s getting tired now needs updating The awning outside now does not exit and we are in a deluxe room on the top floor it’s not now as we first purchase the timeshare The air conditioned is very poor and leaks patio doors have a job to move and leak in the rain it is desperate to be updated
