We cruised the Canary Islands aboard AIDA Blue from January 12th to 26th, 2025, and had a truly enjoyable time.Boarding was quick and efficient, and we were warmly greeted by the cheerful and friendly cleaners, especially Alida. All the food was excellent, with special mention to the Market Buffet, where Tim took great care of us, and the Belle Adona Buffet, where Oscar ensured we were well looked after. We also enjoyed meals at the Eastern Buffet, which were equally delightful.We had a fantastic experience at the specialty Sushi Restaurant, where we thoroughly enjoyed the food, and were well attended to by Puperdo. Another highlight was the Buffalo Steakhouse, where we had an amazing steak.The wine tasting at the Vino Bar was a great experience, and Maria and Kevin made it even better with their expertise and hospitality. We spent a lot of time enjoying the bars as well. The Pool Bar was well managed by Natali, Kevin, and Harry, especially on the busy day of the 16th. At the AIDA Bar, Rejil and Vivian made sure we had everything we needed, and Lolly was fantastic at the Red Bar.I''d also like to mention Alwyn and Kaydec for their excellent service throughout the cruise.We loved all the destinations, and though we only went on one excursion – the Landrover Tour on Lanzarote – we thoroughly enjoyed it.At one point, we had an issue with our cabin safe, but it was swiftly resolved by Andreus, which we greatly appreciated.Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, and we''d highly recommend it!

Buena relación calidad/precio

La comida cada vez es más simple y repetitiva. Los espectáculos muy justos. Animación casi inexistente.

Que los niños no paguen.

Sólo idioma alemán, poca variedad en la comida y no demasiado buena para el paladar. Tampoco está bien que a la hora de la comida de mediodía solo haya hamburguesa o salchichas en la cervecería alemana ( siempre estaba vacía) así que los mismos alemanes querían comer otra cosa que lo mismo que comen en Alemania.

Destinos y comodidad del barco asi como una buena atenciön en todo momento

Nada en particulsr… por decir algo : todo es en alemàn peeo si necesitas algo, en la recepciòn del barco te atienden en inglés sin problema e incluso algún empleado habla algo de español.También fomentaría màs un poco de ocio nocturno

Limpieza e itiberarios.

Todo el resto.El servicio horrible, si no hablas aleman simplemente te ignoran.La bienvenida fue pesima, ni me ayudaron con las maletas ni me ofrecieron bebida.(Al resto de pasajeros si les ofrecieron bebida).

Buena organización germana en todos los sentidos.

Es un crucero exclusivo para alemanes todo tipo de carteles y anuncios es en alemán.No lo recomiendo para españoles, los pasajeros son todos alemanes y hay algunos que viven todavía en el pasado y se creen superiores. No incluyo a la tripulación estos son muy educados y profesionales

Los servicios mejor valorados son: Destinos, Excursiones, Calidad/Precio

En el barco no cuentan que puedan existir otros turistas de lengua no alemana! Todo está en aleman... una pena! Ni siquiera un comentario en ingles...la información de seguridad tampoco está en ingles...

Amabilidad tripulación y espectáculos.

Diría que solo es en Aleman , pero sabiendo que es así, si sabes un poco o vas con alguien que sepa genial .Igual hablar también en inglés no estaría mal , pero lo dicho son sus normas, no te engañan.

Todo, incluso había una recepcionista que hablaba castellano, solicitamos cambiar de camarote y la cambiaron sin problema, por tema de ruido
